The thermal-break cold-bridge design used in thermally insulated aluminum alloy systems has been replaced with an integrated aluminum alloy system featuring external insulation. This overturns the traditional approach in which the energy efficiency of aluminum window systems depends entirely on the length of the thermal break, providing energy-efficient aluminum window systems with exceptional thermal insulation. The integrated aluminum alloy design also gives aluminum windows greater overall strength, bringing
unlimited possibilities.
Poor airtightness in exterior windows and excessive outdoor noise intrusion are caused by air leakage resulting from deformation around operable sashes. The GM system uses integrated aluminum alloy profiles to provide exceptional airtightness around operable sashes, forming the foundation for the high airtightness and sound insulation performance of the entire window. The narrow frame and concealed operable sash frame design significantly improves the overall window's solar transmittance. Different insulating glass configurations can meet the requirements of the current 75% building energy-efficiency design standard and the forthcoming 80% building energy-efficiency design standard.
