As early as 2010, when we first ventured into the research and development of energy-efficient doors and windows, our first-generation design combined interior and exterior insulation. Due to issues encountered during the initial development process, we ultimately decided not to promote this interior insulation approach. In recent years, we have found that although cool color palettes and minimalist styles have increasingly become the prevailing choices for young people's interior décor, a considerable proportion of Chinese people remain deeply attached to incorporating wood into their homes. No matter how closely aluminum-alloy wood-grain transfer printing resembles natural wood grain, it can never replace the authentic feel of real wood. Drawing on the use of interior wood finishes in wood-clad aluminum windows therefore became the next direction for Greatmen's product promotion.
An integrated aluminum window with an interior wood finish not only gives the window frame the immediate look and feel of wood, but we were also pleasantly surprised to discover that using the same high-performance material on the interior as the exterior insulation material—a
polymer film material, giving this integrated aluminum-alloy window system with interior and exterior insulation greater energy efficiency than an integrated aluminum-alloy window with exterior insulation alone. By adopting dual-layer interior and exterior
insulation structure, the GM-C95N integrated aluminum-alloy window system with interior and exterior insulation achieved an overall window heat transfer coefficient of K ≤ 1.1 W/(m1·K), adding to the integrated aluminum-alloy window system family
a high-performance, low-cost bestseller.
