Tianjin Greatmen Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. It is a Grade II-qualified building decoration and renovation enterprise with more than 200 R&D personnel, including over 20 senior engineers, engineers, and assistant engineers. With solid qualifications and strong competitiveness, it is a national high-tech enterprise in the construction industry.
Since 2017, building on the GM integrated aluminum alloy window system, the company has begun seeking cooperation opportunities externally. In 2017, it established Shiyecao (Tianjin) Technology Development Co., Ltd., dedicated to retail promotion, branding, platform building, and corporate publicity for the externally insulated integrated aluminum alloy window system. In 2018, it set up Beili Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. as a joint venture with Huayuan Property, a subsidiary of Xinjiang Huayuan Group, dedicated to developing the project market for the externally insulated integrated aluminum alloy window system in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region. In 2020, the Binzhou production base in Shandong officially went into operation, dedicated to producing system profiles and assembling finished windows for the externally insulated integrated aluminum alloy window system, with an annual capacity of 300,000 square meters of doors and windows; the system profiles can supply 2 million square meters of doors and windows. Also in 2020, the company established Greatmen Jinan Co., Ltd. as a joint venture in Jinan and, leveraging its product strengths, settled in the Jinan Old and New Growth Drivers Conversion Pilot Zone, where it set up an IoT intelligent processing center empowering Industry 4.0, with a designed capacity of 600,000 square meters of finished windows per year. The company has also established branches in Beijing and the Xiong'an New Area and has formally begun door and window projects and retail market development there. In 2023, through government investment promotion, the company signed an agreement to settle in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, where it plans to build Tianjin's first Industry 4.0 door and window R&D and manufacturing workshop.
In recent years, the company has strengthened scientific management internally to improve its market competitiveness, and further improved service quality externally to build a good corporate image. It emphasizes technological innovation and team building, strengthens vocational skills training, and improves staff quality, so as to compete in the market by providing better services and developing more forward-looking products. Building on its existing product systems, the company has begun developing insulated doors and windows that meet the German PHI (Passive House Institute) standard and has achieved interim results. In March 2016, following review, it joined the Passive Low-Energy Building Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In 2017, it was recognized as both a Tianjin municipal-level and a national-level high-tech enterprise by the Tianjin Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology. From 2018 to 2022, the company was listed as a centralized-procurement supplier by many state-owned and central enterprises, including China Resources Land, Poly Developments, CCCC Real Estate, and China Merchants Property, as well as by large central-enterprise construction contractors such as CSCEC, CCCC, and China Energy Engineering, and became an R&D strategic cooperation partner of several universities, including Tianjin University of Science and Technology and Tianjin University.
The performance advantages of titanium-alloy window and door systems stem not only from the material itself, but from the combined foundation of systematic structural design, manufacturing systems, and long-term technical expertise. From product development to engineering applications, we continuously focus on six core dimensions—from building systems thinking and leveraging material properties to manufacturing consistency, lifecycle performance, application-specific adaptability, and ongoing technological iteration.
Building performance through system-based logic. From materials to details and from profiles to assembly, we create complete window and door systems through holistic design thinking.
Titanium alloy delivers stable performance. Its high strength, lightweight nature, and corrosion resistance ensure structural reliability throughout long-term use.
Standardized processes ensure consistency, while coordinated operation across multiple regional manufacturing bases guarantees processing precision and assembly quality.
Focusing on stability throughout the entire lifecycle, performance extends beyond the moment of delivery to provide continuous service throughout the building’s full period of use.
Suitable for a wide range of architectural applications, including high-performance residences, public buildings, special-requirement projects, and green buildings.
Advancing system evolution through technology, continuously optimizing system capabilities and performance around structure, construction, and application scenarios.
To support the reliable application of system windows and doors across different building projects, we have established processing and production bases in several key regions, forming a manufacturing system characterized by specialized division of labor and collaboration. Through unified technical standards, production processes, and quality-control systems, these multi-regional factories not only improve overall production efficiency but also ensure consistent product performance across different batches. This end-to-end coordination, from R&D and manufacturing to delivery, enables window and door systems to meet the needs of diverse projects more efficiently and provides sustainable supply capacity for large-scale and complex projects.
Focused on the needs of passive and green buildings,
we develop window and door systems that balance performance, durability, and system stability.
